Deliveries

Our goal is that customer will receive the delivery within 3-7 business days. However, delivery time may vary depending on the amount of orders to send and circumstances in which LUCUMA does not have control over. We ship most orders from our stock within 24 hours but it may vary depending on the amount of orders up to 4 days. Shipments within Sweden are via POSTNORD, SCHENKER and DHL and Europe via DHL. We charge the cost of the product(s) when the customer makes the purchase. When the garments are submitted for delivery, a delivery confirmation will be send by e-mail. Carry your ID with you when collecting your package. According to our partners rules, you are the only recipient who can pick up the package. if somebody else is collecting your package, it is needed both IDs. You can track your package on the web/app of each carriers (POSTNORD, SCHENKER, DHL) and via MINA PAKET app (available in IOS and android) with the package ID you will receive to your mail.

Shipping and return fee

If you buy less than 1000 kr, the shipping costs is 29 kr. Free delivery and exchange with orders over 1000 kr.

We have 14 days of open purchase, which begins the day you collect the delivery.
